The food is disgusting, it tastes like crap and it is full of chemicals, sodium, etc. It's so gross I wanted to puke each time I tried something. All the dry snack foods taste gritty and bland, the meals taste like dog food and the freeze dried foods are vile. Even the oatmeal, which is hard to screw up, tastes like newspaper pulp :(

Yourmomm123--- When they did this, it was because of invetory, they were out of what you wanted. But, if you call and say I don't want the foods that they put in there, they will send you the foods you want at NO extra cost!

yea but sometimes wen u order the ones u want, they replace it with disguisting food for some reason. which sux. tht happened 2 my friend

I love nutrisystem. You just have to taste the foods and only order the ones that you like.

I'm on Nurti-System right now. The first 3 days are the hardest. The food is good. You need Mrs.Dash,garlic powder,and liquid smoke--best seasonings for the food. You have to drink the water and moderate exercise. YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT! Everything he says is true...It is expensive but it works and it will work for you.I need this kind of structure and I need to have this portion control. I will stay on this diet until I have reached my goal...GL ev1

This diet works but the food is expensive and not the tastiest. I know it is diet food but they could make it taste better. The extra add-on foods you need to purchase separately (dairy/fruit/vegetables + extras) add up to quite a bit. Also, you need to drink 64oz of water a day and must exercise daily.

best advise to lose weight. You do not need nutrisystem after using it once. It actually makes you aware. Listen to the doctor.
