That's awesome, I'm on day 37 and I've lost over 30 pounds, I weigh 245# now and my goal is around 180. For the first time I think I'll make it. Keep up the good work.

Funny you should say that. Someone at NS got in touch with me to run my "Olympic" story in their newsletter. The contract was LONG and restrictive and for compensation offered $100. I cordially declined.X

Yes you are right. The problem with me is that I had NO CONCEPT of quantity, whether it was processed or wholefoods. I may have determination about rowing etc, but I am a classic example of underestimating the positive effect of good calories.
